Xeenon.XYZ is a decentralized Livestreaming platform, whose mission is to provide full control to the streamers and explore the potential of NFTs in the livestreaming world.

In my role as a UX/UI Designer at this innovative startup, my main goal was to ensure that our users have the best possible experience while using our product. I focused on creating designs that were not only visually appealing but also easy to understand and use, even if the tasks within the product were complex.
To achieve this, I worked closely with key team members such as the Head of Product, Product Owner, and Founders. This collaboration allowed me to gain a deep understanding of our product and its objectives.
I was involved in the process of creating the product from scratch, which was incredibly exciting. Additionally, I worked closely with our development team to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring that our designs were not only beautiful but also functional and feasible.
Designing an app from scratch involves a series of crucial steps to ensure that the project proceeds in the right direction.
The initial and fundamental step is to define the product's identity and uniqueness. So we conducted comprehensive competitor research to gain market insights and understand existing products and strengths. Identifying these key factors allowed us to determine our primary design focus.
Also, our team dedicated a significant amount of time to brainstorming ideas. Once this collaborative brainstorming process was complete, our path forward became clear. We decided to leverage the best elements of web3 technology and apply them to traditional web streaming platforms, thereby creating a bridge between these two worlds.
So here are specific project goals and steps that needed to be accomplished:
✅ Create quick wireframes to internally test the idea.
✅ Define and implement branding across the app.
✅ Establish a design system for scalable consistency.
✅ Develop the whole web streaming & watching experience.
✅ Implement best web3 practices. (such as: make transparent payment system, create special benefits for your community, etc...)
✅ Create a simple mobile app, so people can stream right from the phone.
Once we had our branding sorted and approved, we got right to work on something important: our design system. This was like our toolkit for keeping everything in order.
We built it thoughtfully, making sure it had all the essential things like spacing rules (4px spacing system) and styles, variables. It's where we stored all the bits and pieces we needed to design the app. Creating this toolkit took some time, but it made everything easier in the long run. Now, we have everything neatly organized, and it helps us keep a consistent look and feel across the app.
Xeenon's primary focus is empowering creators. We've designed it to give creators more control and transparency. All transactions and payments are crystal clear and decentralized. This means that when a user decides to send you a tip, those tips are transferred directly to your wallet. With Xeenon, any funds or tips you earn go straight to you, without any intermediaries in the way.
Xeenon also allows you to create a whitelist of trusted users and offer them special bonuses. This feature helps you build and nurture a loyal audience who can enjoy exclusive benefits on your platform.
And one more key feature is that clips are more than just clips—they're NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). This means you can clip any part of any livestream and then sell it as an NFT. It's an innovative way to monetize content and engage with audience in a new and exciting manner.
At the same time our primary goal was to create a seamless experience for our creators. We recognized the importance of not reinventing the wheel. Instead, we decided to embrace and maintain the best practices from the livestreaming world and bring them to life on Xeenon.
This approach ensures that both creators and viewers can enjoy a familiar yet upgraded with new benefits livestreaming experience.

In addition to my primary responsibilities, I was called to design a straightforward yet effective mobile app. The app's core purpose was to enable users to easily livestream directly from their mobile devices.
I crafted a simple and concise mobile app with just a few essential screens. Despite its minimalist design, the app fulfilled users' needs for on-the-go livestreaming. Its intuitive interface ensured that users could effortlessly share their moments from anywhere, enhancing their livestreaming experience.
Watching the project evolve from concept to launch was a special experience, and at the same time challenging one. And I think we handled it quite well!
Our efforts resulted in a successful web3 livestreaming platform, which has drawn in a large, active user base streaming daily and genuinely enjoying the product experience. A key objective was facilitating an easy transition for web2 streamers into web3. We accomplished this seamlessly, ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience for all users.
